Good Morning Monday!

I'm officially getting back to business today. The first book of a trilogy of novellas I have planned is almost finished. This is the twice set aside book I've mentioned before. I started it back in January right after I finished Saving the Best for Last, put it down once to write Ink Lust, and then again to write Mr. Sir, my contribution to the upcoming Ellora's Cave Ball & Chain series.

My goal is to write The End on this novella within the next couple of days and get it off to my beloved editor at EC by next Monday. It'll be on to book two after that.

I have to admit, writing book two in this trilogy is going to be a test. I have the characters and the basic plot already cooked up in my head, but the conflict just isn't coming to me just yet. I'm mostly a pantser when I write, so I have faith that it'll show itself while I'm writing. I just need to get book three - which is completely worked out in my head and BEGGING to be written - to sit down and wait its turn.
